An answer is only as good as the data behind it. Liros reads from the systems you already run — your shop, your carriers, your warehouse and your returns platform — so it can say where the parcel is rather than what your shipping policy says.

How long does one integration take?
About five to ten minutes to connect, once we are in. We do it with you in the first meetings rather than handing you a setup guide.
We use a system that is not on the list.

What data does Liros read?
What it needs to answer the question in front of it — the order, its shipping status, your catalogue and your policies. It stays on EU infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest, and is never used to train anyone's models.
