Email automation
The support inbox, answered. Liros reads each mail, works out what is being asked, looks up whatever it needs across your systems, and replies — in your tone, in the customer's language, with the facts checked rather than assumed.

What it does
The inbox, not a separate channel
It works on the mail that already lands in your support address. Nothing to migrate, no new address to publish, no forwarding rules for customers to notice.
It reads the thread, not just the last line
A reply three messages into a conversation is answered in the context of the whole thread and the order behind it.
One resolved case counts once
A conversation is a resolved ticket, whether it took one mail or six. Nothing is counted per message, so a long thread does not cost more than a short one.
Escalation with the work done
When it should not answer, the mail arrives with you with the order, the shipping status and the customer's details gathered. You decide; you do not dig.
Questions about this
Does it reply automatically, or draft for us?
It replies on the cases your rules cover, and hands over the ones they do not. You can read along on everything and take any conversation over mid-flow.
What about mails in other languages?
Answered in the language they were written in. A Swedish mail gets a Swedish reply, a German one a German reply, from the same setup.
How is a conversation counted?
One customer issue handled from start to finish is one conversation. We do not count individual messages or charge by thread length.
