Liros as an Intercom alternative

Intercom is a broad customer messaging suite that serves software companies as readily as shops. Liros does one job: it resolves the tickets a webshop actually gets, using live data from your shop, your warehouse and your carriers. If your inbox is mostly order, delivery and returns questions, that difference is the entire evaluation.

Where Liros is different

  • Answers from the order, not from an article

Before it writes, Liros reads the order in your shop system, the pick status in your warehouse and the parcel at the carrier. The customer gets the tracking for their own order, not a help-centre article about shipping.

  • Every integration is included

Shop, carrier, warehouse and returns connections come with every plan, and we build the ones you need that do not exist yet at no extra cost.

  • One fixed monthly price

Priced on the conversations you resolve, not per seat and not with a surcharge per automated resolution. No setup fee.

  • Set up with you, not by you

We connect the systems and train it on your products, your return terms and your tone during the first meetings. You do not need a technical team, and nothing waits on your developers.

What buyers ask us

Can Liros replace Intercom completely?

For a webshop whose inbox is order status, delivery, returns and product questions, usually yes: Liros handles the chat on your site and the mail in your support inbox, and hands a conversation to you with the context already gathered when it should not answer. If you also lean on Intercom for in-app product tours, onboarding flows or a large outbound messaging programme, Liros is not a replacement for that part.

How should we compare answer quality?

Take fifty real tickets from last month and put the same fifty to both tools. Weight the ones that need live data — where is my order, has my return been received, when does it arrive — because those are the majority of a webshop's volume and the ones a generic assistant answers vaguely.

What does moving cost us?

Nothing on our side. There is no onboarding fee, and the integrations we build for your systems are not billed separately. You run both in parallel for as long as you want to before you switch the widget over.

Put both tools in front of your own tickets

Thirty minutes with your own shop's questions, no slides. That is usually all it takes to tell two platforms apart.
