Liros as a Zendesk alternative
Zendesk is a full helpdesk suite, and it is very good at what it was built for: getting a ticket to the right person with the right history attached. Liros is built for the step before that — closing the ticket so it never reaches a person. If most of what your team does all day is look up an order and paste a tracking link, that is the comparison.

Where Liros is different
Built to resolve, not to route
Liros is measured on the share of conversations that end without a person. Around eight in ten do. What is left arrives with you already researched rather than merely categorised.
It reaches into the systems behind the order
Shop, warehouse, carrier and returns platform. A helpdesk shows the customer's history; Liros reads the parcel's current status and answers with it.
Nothing to configure into existence
No macro library, no decision tree, no intent taxonomy to maintain. It reads your product pages, your FAQ and your return terms, and we train it with you until the answers sound like you.
Priced on resolved conversations
One monthly price for a volume of resolved conversations, whether a case took one message or ten. No per-seat licences to count, and no setup fee.
What buyers ask us
Do we have to leave Zendesk to use Liros?
No. Plenty of teams keep a helpdesk for the conversations a person has to own and put Liros in front of the volume that does not need one. Where Liros handles the chat widget and the support inbox outright, most teams find the helpdesk seat count is what changes first.
What happens to our macros and help centre?
The help centre stays useful — Liros reads it as one of its sources, along with your product pages and return terms. Macros do not carry over as macros, because Liros does not answer from a template; it writes each answer from your rules and the live data behind the case.
How long until it is live?
After the first meetings, where we clarify what you need and set your solution up, you get access to the app. Each integration takes roughly five to ten minutes to connect. As soon as your systems are connected, the agent is answering.
Put both tools in front of your own tickets
Thirty minutes with your own shop's questions, no slides. That is usually all it takes to tell two platforms apart.
