Peak season, without the hiring round
Support volume in November and December does not rise gently — it multiplies, and it arrives at nine in the evening. The usual answer is temporary staff who need training before the week they are needed. Liros absorbs the volume it already knows how to answer, and leaves your team the cases that need judgement.
Customer support
How Liros handles it
Volume does not change the response time
First response stays under 30 seconds whether ten people are asking or a thousand. No queue building overnight for someone to work through in the morning.
It is already trained when the peak arrives
It learned your products, your rules and your tone when you set it up. Nothing to onboard in the week you have the least time to do it.
The January returns wave too
The spike after the peak is returns and refunds. It checks the window against each order, explains your terms and starts the return where your returns platform is connected.
Your team gets the hard half
Around eight in ten conversations close without a person. The ones that do reach you arrive researched, which is the difference between a busy December and a bad one.
Questions about this
Does the price change when volume spikes?
You pay a fixed monthly price for a conversation volume, so a peak is a conversation about the right plan rather than a surprise invoice. Talk to us before the season and we will size it with you.
Can we get live before Black Friday?
Usually, yes. After the first meetings each integration takes about five to ten minutes to connect, and the agent answers as soon as your systems are in. The limiting factor is your calendar, not the setup.
What if delivery times slip during the peak?
It answers from the carrier's current status, not from a delivery promise written in October. When a parcel is genuinely delayed, it says so with the real estimate rather than a number that is no longer true.
