Returns, handled from the first message

Returns questions are policy questions with an order attached: can I still send this back, what does it cost, where is my money. Liros answers all three from your own terms and the customer's actual order — and starts the return itself where your returns platform is connected.

Customer support

How Liros handles it

  • It checks the window against the order

Not “our return period is 30 days” but “your order was delivered on the 12th, so you have until the 11th of next month”. The difference is whether the customer writes back.

  • It knows your terms, including the exceptions

Sale items, opened packaging, who pays the return label, exchanges versus refunds. It answers from your rules, and where they do not reach, it hands over instead of guessing.

  • It starts the return

With Returnflows connected today — Reversio and Float on the way — it opens the return rather than telling the customer where the form is.

  • It tracks the refund

“Where is my money” is an order-status question in disguise. It checks what has happened and says when the refund lands.

Questions about this

Can it approve a return outside our policy?

Only if you tell it to. Out-of-policy cases are exactly the kind it hands to you, with the order, the delivery date and the customer's history already gathered so the decision takes seconds.

We do not have a returns platform yet.

It still answers the questions — the window, the terms, the cost, the refund status — and points the customer at your process. Connect a returns platform later and it starts opening the returns as well.

Does it handle exchanges too?

It explains what you offer and what is in stock, reading your catalogue for the size or variant the customer wants. Where an exchange needs a person to arrange it, it hands over with the case prepared.
